About
Meet Charles and Brad
Charles and Brad are the two-person crew behind CFC. Charles handles every quote and is on the tools; Brad leads the bulk of the flooring, tile, and remodel days and brings a detail-oriented, honest streak to the work — including the day a homeowner doesn't actually need the job done. No sales team, no dispatcher, no handoff.
The story
CFC runs out of a Jackson shop with our own tools and our own schedule. There's no sales team, no dispatcher, no stack of subcontractors — Charles is still the one who shows up for the quote and is on the tools, and Brad is the second pair of hands when the work calls for two. We've been on enough jobs together that we can hand off a tool without a word, which is what makes the two-person rhythm work on the days the layout has to move fast — especially the flooring and tile days where the cuts, the transitions, and the cleanup are what separate a finished job from a passable one.
We lead with the kind of work that makes the most of the two-person crew: full kitchen and bath remodels, flooring (laminate, hardwood, and vinyl), tile work including backsplash, and foundation repair. Those are the projects that deserve the schedule we set and the way Charles handles the quote himself. Small jobs and general handyman work are still welcome as a practical entry point; send the list and Charles will confirm whether it fits the scope.
That matters for the homeowner. One point of contact from the first call to the final walk-through — Charles. One quote, not three. The same head on the job from estimate to done, with Brad on site when the work needs two of us. You tell Charles what needs doing once, and he's the one who remembers it.
Based in Jackson, Tennessee — covering Madison County and the surrounding West Tennessee area. Most of our work is inside the city: remodels and upgrades in North Jackson, near Union University, in the older neighborhoods off Highland and Vann Drive. If you're a homeowner here, you're our kind of customer.
Meet the team
Two people, every job.
The crew you see on the property is the crew you talked to on the phone. No subcontractors, no rotating faces — just Charles and Brad.
How we work
Three things we hold to — Charles and Brad both.
Work ethic. We show up when we said we'd show up, and we stay until the job is right — no half-finished handoffs, no “we'll come back for that.” If it's not done at the end of the day, we're the ones coming back, not the homeowner.
Attention to detail.Clean cuts, clean transitions, clean job sites. We vacuum our own sawdust, we match the existing moulding before we leave, and we tape off what we shouldn't scuff. The small things are what make the difference between a repair and a fix.
Honesty. The quote we write on the walk is the figure on the invoice. If something doesn't need doing, we tell you — and if something we find in the wall costs more than we priced, we tell you that too, before we touch it.

Send the short version — Charles handles the rest.
One name, a job type, the address, and a sentence or two about what needs doing is enough to get a real estimate back from Charles himself.
