Every quote, every walk-through, and every job that takes one set of hands comes from Charles. When the work calls for two — and the kitchen and bath remodels, the flooring days, and the tile work almost always do — Brad is on the crew.
Brad leads most of our flooring and tile days: vinyl plank and hardwood layouts, backsplash, vanity surrounds, transition strips, the kind of detail work where cuts and cleanups are what make the difference between a repair and a finished install. On the framing days (deck work, pergola installs, foundation tie-ins), Brad is the second set of hands that keeps lumber moving forward instead of twice.
