Send the list
Drop a short note with the things you need done and the address. I review it the same day and tell you up front if anything on the list is bigger than a handyman visit.
One honest estimate
A single fixed price for the whole list after I see the jobs in person — not a per-item invoice, not a "starting at" number. You approve the figure before any work begins.
Single visit
Most handyman lists clear out in one trip. I bring the fasteners, anchors, caulk, and small hardware so a missing pack of wall plugs doesn’t turn into a second trip.
Walkthrough
We walk the list together at the end so nothing gets marked done that isn’t. Anything I notice that should be on the next visit gets written down, not pitched on the spot.
When to call
The honey-do list that never gets done. The moving-day punch list you swore you'd finish before the buyers walked through. The jobs too small for a contractor to come out for — but too long to keep tripping over. That's the kind of work this page is for.
