- Tile work — floor tile, shower walls, vanity surrounds, and kitchen and bath backsplash laid out so the cuts fall where they don’t read.
- Finish work — careful trim, surface preparation, and clean handoff so the remodeled room is ready for the homeowner’s final finish choices.

Typical timing and materials
Full remodels run two to four weeks depending on the scope.
A walk to confirm scope, a written estimate, then demo, surface preparation, cabinets and tops, tile, flooring, and finish work in the agreed sequence. Charles sources cabinets, tops, tile, flooring, and trim; you approve the figure at the walk so there are no surprises on materials. Rooms are left ready for the homeowner's final finish choices.
